What is our your shipping policy?

ORDERING

  • Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
  • If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
  • If you would like to cancel an item, please email us before your order is shipped with the item name and size.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders for shipments within the U.S. will be processed in 5-7 business days from order date.  Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. 
  • Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping Outside the U.S.
  • Delivery times are estimated to be 14-21 business days, but please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel any order once your order has been processed. When your order arrives, please follow return instructions for a store credit.

Do you restock products?

We do our best to restock the best sellers. Please email us at info@luresleepwear.com if you need more information on a specific product.

Why is my product out of stock?

Because of our quest to provide you with the latest in fashion, we do not stock large quantities of any item.

For this reason, we may not have the merchandise you have ordered. You will receive an email advising you of any out of stock items.

Don’t be sad, we update our site daily with stuff that you will love.

What is your return policy?

Returns

  • We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.
  • Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
  • All products must be returned unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition and with all tags attached. We kindly ask that you wear under clothes when first trying on your purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Please include the original order packing slip + any gift with purchase items in your return package for a full refund. If the gift with the purchased item is missing from the return, the gift with the purchased item's retail value will be deducted from the final return amount. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
  • For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the customer's responsibility.

In the email, please include the original order number and the item you want to return.

Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, you may drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@luresleepwear.com

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luresleepwear.com
